Organisation Annual Fee
Small org 15,000
Medium org 55,000
Large org 95,000
How banding works: you pay the flat fee for the band your headcount falls into (e.g., 190 employees = the 151–250 band). Pricing stays fixed if you grow within the band. We can apply a goodwill discount if you’re far below the midpoint.
Reduced rates available for:
SMEs (commercial): reduced rates if turnover is under £2m.
NGOs & charities: no employee or turnover limits.
Social justice organisations: access to our lowest rate.
Subscription can be enhanced with pre-purchased blocks of 1:1 therapy or coaching hours that any employee can use throughout the year. Unused hours expire at subscription-end, encouraging active use and predictable planning.
Benefits of the bundles:
Flexibility: Any employee can use the hours.
Mid-subscription Review: Top up at your discounted rate instead of paying higher 'pay as you go' prices.
Usage Reports: Continuous reports on usage help budget holders adjust allocations.
Impact Reporting: Every bundle includes assessments that feed into your organisational IHC score.
Decolonial, Anti-oppression informed and identity-matched therapists (where possible).
Personal goal setting with personal progress tracking.
Continued sessions until agreed goals are achieved or bundle limit is reached.
Inclusion Coaching – transformation from non-inclusive behaviour.
Building positive, inclusive cultures by developing emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership and healthy practices.
Harm to Healing pre- and post-assessment to tailor care and measure progress.
Annual anonymised impact report so you can evidence ROI and cultural improvements.
Corporate clients can extend their impact by sponsoring an NGO or SME to join IHC:
£15k = up to 50 staff covered for one year
£30k = up to 150 staff covered
£50k+ = multi-organisation support
Benefits for sponsors:
Demonstrable ESG/CSR impact
Co-branded annual impact reports
Optional public recognition on IHC’s channels
Potential tax deduction (jurisdiction-dependent)
Most organisations already invest in wellbeing, inclusion and culture, but the spend is scattered across EAPs, consultants, training providers, engagement surveys, and reporting tools. That fragmentation costs money, time, resources, and limits impact.
Add up what you currently spend on:
Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs)
DEI consultants & inclusion training providers
Wellbeing initiatives
Incident reporting platforms
Engagement surveys or cultural audits
How much of your spend is joined-up, measurable, and used by the people who need it most?
For example, in the UK, traditional EAPs cost £5–£15 per employee annually but see just 3–5% utilisation.
DEI consultancies and training programmes won't tell you this, but they cost hundreds of thousands without clear follow-through and their impact reporting is limited.
Uplifted Platform replaces fragmented services with:
One point of access for employees
Ongoing engagement through group sessions, training, and healing circles
Built-in measurement through the IHC Score Assessment and anonymous reporting
High equity reach by prioritising support for minoritised and underrepresented employees
Our sliding scale pricing makes it possible for every organisation, from global corporates to grassroots NGOs, to direct their budget into a high-impact platform that grows and measures inclusion, wellbeing, and cultural transformation.
Typical combined spend: ~£100k/year (EAP £30k, DEI £40k, training £15k, engagement £15k) — without integrated data or sustained change
IHC subscription: £55k/year — with deeper services, continuous measurement, stronger cultural outcomes
Are therapy and coaching sessions confidential?
Yes. All sessions are fully confidential between the practitioner and the employee, following strict professional and ethical standards. We do not share individual details with employers, only aggregated, anonymised usage and consensually submitted engagement data.
Who knows that an employee has accessed therapy?
Only the employee, their therapist and the Uplifted platform data team. Employers only see anonymised data to help them understand overall engagement and outcomes.
How is client employee data handled?
We treat all employee data with the highest level of confidentiality and care. Protecting anonymity is essential, not just to meet GDPR requirements, but to ensure employees feel safe engaging with our services.
All data stays securely within our platform, is processed in full compliance with GDPR, and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We only share anonymised, aggregated insights with employers, enabling meaningful measurement of inclusion and wellbeing without identifying individuals.
Is this per‑employee pricing?
No. It’s a flat annual fee by headcount band. Everyone gets access. No tiers, no exclusions.
What if our headcount changes?
Your price stays fixed if you grow within your band. If you move bands, we adjust at renewal.
Can we try before we buy?
Yes. We offer a trial package so that your commissioning group can see the services before you invest.
Can we start small?
Yes. It is possible to purchase aspects of the subscription service or the therapy bundles on their own, such as the anonymous reporting service, training, or wellbeing group sessions.
How do employees access the Uplifted Platform?
Once your organisation signs up, you’ll receive a unique registration link to share with your employees. They can sign up directly, creating a secure personal account where they can access services, book sessions, and use all platform features.
Is there a limit to how many employees can join?
Nope, if you have purchased a subscription all employees can access the subscription services and any therapy or coaching bundles.
What happens if we don’t use all the hours in our therapy or coaching bundles?
Any unused hours from your bundle will remain available until the end of your contract period. We’ll work with you to promote uptake so employees know the sessions are available, helping you get the most from your investment.
Can we add more therapy or coaching hours if our bundle runs out?
Yes. We offer an opportunity to top up your bundle midway through the contract. If your bundle does run out before the re-contracting period, you can purchase additional 1:1 therapy or coaching sessions at the 'pay-as-you-go' rate of £110 per session until your new contract period begins. This allows you to scale support up during busy periods or in response to organisational needs.
Can therapy or coaching hours be rolled over into the next year?
Hours are tied to your contract term and are not rolled over. We recommend reviewing usage during your contract so we can advise on the right bundle size for the next cycle.
Do unused hours get refunded?
Because we reserve therapist and coach capacity for your organisation, unused hours are non-refundable. However, our engagement strategies are designed to help maximise usage.
Can therapy and coaching hours be shared?
Therapy and coaching bundles are separate to ensure the right specialists are available. However, we can discuss flexible arrangements during your onboarding.
