Using an intersectional framework, these sessions focus on fostering inclusive leadership through personal and collective empowerment.
A survey based assessment that provides a data dashboard to present insights. We report on the findings using our unique IHC Model and harm-to-healing scale, with recommendations and a strategic debrief session.
A space for connection and exploration of inclusion through the use of a guided healing practice. Previous healing practices have included guided meditations and somatic exercises. 90-minute facilitated group sessions for up to 15 participants.
This includes training, assessments and advisory focussed on supporting organisations to become truly anti-racist and build organisational structures that support racial inclusion.
A retainer for a set number of hours per month for strategic support, document review, or implementation guidance.
